Snippets of Family History

My mother tells me about reading The Dalesman at the library last week. She said that my grandfather used to be a regular reader of The Dalesman. I never knew that my grandfather was such an avid reader of the maggazine and found it intruiging how a visit to the library had unearthed new snippets of family history. I wonder how other members families are interlinked with the history of the library.
